This summer, "wake surfing" is quite popular! From August 19th to 21st, the 2022 China Wake Surfing Competition will be held at the Xianhai Conservancy Scenic Area, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province. At that time, professional wake surfing players and enthusiasts from all over the country, as well as extreme sports experts, will gather in Xianhai to attend the competition.

"Wake surfing is fun for both sports and entertainment, and there are no restrictions on age, level or gender. It is very friendly to us who like to play in the water, pursue freshness and excitement," said Ms. Lu, a citizen.

According to reports, wake surfing, also known as wake surfing, as the name implies, is a surfing sport that uses the waves at the tail of a professional wave-making boat. Traditional waves usually only last 5 to 30 seconds, while wake surfing can use the help of wave-making. The 2022 China Wake Surfing Competition will be divided into open group, amateur group and internet celebrity group. In addition, at the media meeting on the same day, the Water Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sports of the People's Republic of China also awarded Xianhai District the title of the venue for the China Wake (Surfing) competition.
