It is reported that the Shimei Bay National Diving South Training Base is jointly built by the Water Sports Management Center of the State Sports General Administration, Wanning Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government and China Resources Land Hainan Company, and is committed to building it into a diving skills teaching and training, high-level international diving base for sports and cultural exchanges and the introduction and development of high-tech diving sports equipment.
